So I purchased a couple portable coolers for my yard during the heat wave. I run a kennel and it can be excruciating hot a few days out of the year. I was amazed during this heat wave, the porta coolers kept their area about 10 to 15ﾟ cooler. Customer service was amazing, and since I am local I was able to save shipping costs and pick up myself with my truck. Thank you guys for making this summer more bearable.

We had a porta cool pump go out and expecting heat over 100 degrees. For my guys working on cars is already hot enough - I need ASAP. I spoke with Mary Alice at 4:15pm. Unit defective.
I spent 9 hours round trip, picking up 2 units from this distributor, speaking with Don. Upon unboxing the first unit, filling it with water and plugging it in I noticed two issues. The right side of the cooling pad received no water AND the unit leaked through an improperly bonded seam.
I was promised by Don that these units are returned less than one percent of the time. That I would be fully satisfied. I needed these units this weekend and I'm sad to report that I was unable to give my clients what I promised them, a cool warehouse.
