I couldn't ask for a better team they clean weekly for me they are very thorough.. I have no complaints, They are Professional and Polite and work hard to get my house clean.

I cannot say enough good things about this service. We have used them for many years and they just keep getting better. Lori, the office coordinator goes above and beyond. She genuinely listens and provides the best for your Cleaning needs. It is reassuring to know that your home is in trustworthy and capable hands! We are so lucky and what a great feeling to have such a clean home. Danelle and Heather are incredible assets too!

Royal maids has been cleaning my home bi-weekly for the last 2 months. I am very pleased with their service. Their price is reasonable. They call the day before to confirm the schedule. They are always on-time and do an excellent job cleaning.

Our family loves Royal Maids. We have had two different teams thus far (both of which were great), but currently we are with Christy's team and the service is amazing. They are so detailed oriented and friendly. They clean our house as it were their own and do special little things for that extra touch you wouldnt usually think of. I would recommend Royal Maids all the way and the prices are great!

If you live in Pasco, this is THE place to call you get your home cleaned! The staff is so friendly, thorough, and professional. Any time I have my home cleaned, I feel so happy and at peace because they do such a wonderful job at making my home look sparkling clean. When we moved out of our old home, they did an amazing job doing a move-out clean. Their staff is very trustworthy and great with pets, as well. I highly recommend this company!

Seemed very professional at first but apparently there was a bad phone connection when I made the appointment for 11 AM a week prior. The day of at 11:15 AM I called to follow up and was told that after being confirmed at 11 AM they decided to move me to 1 PM to accommodate another customer but could not reach me because apparently they had my phone number wrong due to the poor connection. I have two things to say about this #1: get customers emails so that you have two ways of communicating with them and #2: are you the only company on the planet that doesn't have caller ID? I went to the office (stinky from cigarrettes) to schedule a home cleaning. For $100 I was to get 2 hours of cleaning by 2 women. The specifics were written on a form. I had to go out that day and left a list. They did not vacuum. They did not clean the oven. They did not even enter my daughters' room to make the beds or straighten up. They did not move even light pieces of furniture to sweep or vacuum. They left after 90 minutes. A phone call was returned 3 days later where I was offered a follow up visit at a "reduced rate"??
