This company is the best in Jersey City by far they are very professional down from their technicians to their customer service. I had issues in my apartment because of another unit and they did the best that they could to help me even though it seemed undoable being above us was the real issue. They continue to come to limit my issue even gave advice on how to get the real help I needed I would recommend them to anyone!

This service is absolutely fantastic! They were extremely thorough and took their time to make sure every corner of the house was taken care of. After a week, I stopped having any pest problems and they reinforce everything with Followups. Even the customer service offered by Jack in their office, and Pier at my house, was top notch fantastic! Great professionals.

Working with this company has been nothing short of amazing. The staff who handled my issues were both thorough and informative. They did a great job at explaining what they were were doing and why. They worked around our schedule and provided all of the documentation we needed when preparing to sell our home. I recommend ppl that have rentals to use them. Try to ask for the same Exterminator. Reason for that is, he(she) knows where traps are. They take their profession serious, very thorough, talks with you on what they find and how they will solve the problem. No one will treat your propertie like you do so whether it's your residence or rental I highly recommend PT&PC

PTPC, has saved us from the RAT problem here in our building in Newark!
We're in an industrial building and they came and inspected the premises and advised us on sealing up problem entry areas and we followed their advice. That combined with monthly extermination and NO MORE RATS!!! Highly Recommended! We've been in business with them since 2013! Thank You PTPC!!

Pro Termite & Pest Control was great! They quickly and effortlessly took care of our pesky (and loud) mice in our attic, and they also told us what we needed to do to maintain the house to keep them out. Patrick was a thorough and friendly technician, and Jack was a great help with scheduling. It's been months now and we no longer have issues!
We are now repeat customers. They did such a great job, we're having them come back and take care of seasonal ants. Highly recommend.

We had a contractor doing work at our house for three days. On the second day, one of the crew (who had all been instructed and constantly reminded to close the basement door to the outside) let a squirrel into our basement. Great.
Then the freaked out little thing found its way into our basement ceiling. Again, great.
This happened after 5:00 p.m.… on a Friday, because these things never happen at 2:00 p.m. on a Wednesday. Animal Control was no help, saying that they don't deal with wildlife problems. (What?!) Extra great.
We Googled the problem and followed every bit of reasonable guidance
