They not only listened and advised with professional arborists but, then treated the neighbors as I had specified that they were all in on this as far as pre-approving what i was doing. We had a Pine tree that had died due to a lightning strike and infested with beetles. We called many company's to get an estimate. Big Branch Tree service is the only one that came out to see us with in 48 hours. He took one look at the tree and said this tree will fall on it own soon creating a lot of damage to the house and cars. the tree was 65 feet tall and all the bark had fallen to the ground. all the pine needles had turned brown and was not looking stable. Chris came right out and said they normally plan the service 2 weeks out, but he knew this needed to be addressed right away. They worked

Had them trim a tree in the front and clean up a fence line in the back. They did a great job. I had marked all my sprinkler heads and not one was broken and they also laid down boards not to tear up the grass. They also answered questions I had about an other tree that they did not do any work on. And lastly what I liked the best they did not climb my tree putting in a bunch of spike holes. Wish I could post pictures.

We had a dead tree to be removed that was quite close to the fence and the neighbor's property as well as a couple of stumps in our yard. The guys arrived when they said they would. They worked quickly and took care not to damage any nearby shrubs or potted plants. They were able to work around other trees and the fence. They cleaned up all debris including leaves & vines. All and all, a job well done.
