What started as a simple office furniture installation business has transformed into a used and refurbished office furniture legacy. Davena Office Environments, based in the suburbs of NYC, on Long Island, has watched the transformation in the office furniture industry and has evolved right along with it.
Davena provides dealers and customers with a source of high quality used and/or refurbished office furniture that can be purchased and installed at substantial savings compared to new furniture prices. Our unique affiliations with Herman Miller, Steelcase, Hayworth and Knoll dealerships enable us to provide high quality used and remanufactured office furniture at or below wholesale prices.
Davena's office furniture installation technicians are experienced in the assembly procedures for a variety of high quality office cubicle and panel systems, ranging from the individual office to multistate office furniture projects.
Over the past 4 decades the working environment has evolved from the drab 6 by 6 full height panels walls to lower heights solutions, and as of late to full on open plan systems with benching type stations and lounging shared workspaces. I have been installing office cubicles since I was around 13 years old, courtesy of having a father who was both a Vice President of a Herman Miller dealership and a Ferengi.

Dave helped us draw up a concept we would have never thought of. The installation went flawless and the area looks fantastic, you would never know it was used!

Excellent experience. High quality (lightly used) furniture at tremendous discounts versus new. What really sets Davena apart is their delivery and setup. Everything is done with thought and care. They wired the cubicles I purchased and every socket (of about 30) works perfectly. Lot's of little extras thrown in.

Davena is the place to go if you want the job done right. We purchased some used office cubicles to furnish a small expansion to our office. ( stations were cleaned well / like new) There was no hassle. Plans were maticulous, execution was flawless and organized. Will definitely use again .

I recently purchased used office furniture for an office of 20 employees from Davena and was impressed from start to finish. Dave took my hand drawn measurements and laid out my whole office complete with furniture, and supplied me several styles and pricing options in about an hour. They also delivered and installed in a timely and professional manner that they coordinated with my contractors and building.
