It was a great experience with the owner. Very professional and knowledgeable. We had shutters and power roller shades put in. The shutters took some time to get due to the shipping mess we're all dealing with right now, so be patient the quality is worth the wait. Roller shades are much quicker to get and very nice.

The small business owners were very professional and accommodating and their wooden shutters are of great and expensive quality for less than the expensive price and installation went without any hitch. Just our blinds installed by Vince and we're super happy and pleased with the entire process. He was super punctual, professional and informative. The prices are great and the install is quick and seamless.
It just worth it to not have to go get them from Home Depot or wherever and have them cut and fit to size. 100% recommending them to our friends and family.

I am extremely happy with the decorative shades and shutters from Blinds Etc. From coming out to measure to finishing up the installation, the service was professional and wonderful. Brittany was especially helpful with phone calls and updates.

Last year in April I used this company to get blinds all around my house. They are pretty but some of the blinds are so wobbly from the top area I do believe it's they type of blind I chose that has a lot to do, im not sure what is there to be done to fix. Other then that they are pretty nice and in my opinion they were very affordable and would recommend.

Was just an okay experience. Guy who sold me my shutters said it would take only 5weeks. I had some regular blinds put in on other windows also. The man who put them on told me that they didn't fit right and it was up to me what to do. He seem nervous. Like it was his first time installing blinds. I asked what he thought was best and he couldn't tell me.
So I had them cut them to fit into the window.

The price was decent, selection was acceptable, delivery/ installation was terrible. We ordered bass shutters and during the installation process many of our shutters got chipped and dinged. I called Blinds Etc and they sent the same installer back to retouch. He forgot to retouch the day of installation for whatever reason. After having the installer come over 3 different times to try and fix, in addition to having the company owner come once their solution was to apologize and add putty, sand and paint. When we complained, all we got was $100 off a $2,400 project. They were polite and kind during

We recently moved into a new home. We took estimates from 3 different companies. I won't say who the others were but one of the companies submitted an attractively low bid. Come to find out later, most all of their measurements were incorrect. Not sure whether they did this purposely to get my contract then planned to add the extra costs in after the job was in progress. They were very helpful with the entire process! I had another business offer a lower price but with COMPLETELY wrong measurements. Blinds Etc. measures twice and gives a great price. After having the blinds for a few months now, I decided I really don't like them... They aren't aligned right - are uneven across the windows - and just isn't a good look overall. I wished the seller was more upfront when I was discussing my needs and how I wanted "black outs." Of all the things I've had redone with my house, this is my biggest regret/ buyers remorse now.

We were searching for faux wood blinds and got hold of Blinds Etc. They are a bit far from us (we are in Corona and they are in Upland) but that didn't seem to matter. They were so helpful and eager to come out and help us. The ladies in the office were friendly and helpful. The helped me select exactly what I needed and got me ready for installation! Im really happy with my new blinds and my house looks great. Would highly recommend them to friends and family!
