We had Desert Air, come out on a holiday weekend for a leaking mini split. Nate was so professional and fixed the problem immediately! Melissa was also a pleasure helping us, as this was stressful having an emergency, after hours, holiday weekend! She made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend this company!

Recently Desert Air replaced our entire HVAC system and ran some new ductwork as well as did some emergency repairs to get the AC back in action while waiting on the new equipment to arrive. Couldn’t have been better service. Responded to every communication, friendly and helpful, offered options and didn’t put any pressure on a sale. And now we have AC and our second floor isn’t an oven! Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Over the last 15 months, I have used Desert Air Heating & Cooling three times for: Routine inspection/maintenance of AC unit; Replacing a blown-out capacitor in AC unit; and just yesterday, Replacing a burned-out blower motor. The capacitor blew out on a Friday night; we called & left message; received a call back early Saturday morning & by 10 a.m. the AC unit was repaired.
Similar circumstance with the blower motor; burned out Sunday afternoon; called/left message & received text back almost immediately confirming; Monday afternoon repairman

Nate and his crew have done several jobs for me over the past couple of years and I can't say enough good things about them. Nate and his crew installed a new HVAC system into a 1905 home I'm renovating, and they did an awesome job! They showed up when they said they would, kept to the estimated price, and got the job done quickly. They were one of the few subcontractors I didn't have to clean up after! And....they offer 0% financing which allowed me to use my cash reserves for other home improvements. I am 100% happy with their service!!!

I highly recommend Desert Air for your heating and cooling needs. I bought my condo with a 20 year old heat pump that stopped in the summer. Nate put a patch in so it would work until I could buy a new one. I had him install the new one and he installed a larger one than the one that was originally here since it wasn't big enough for this condo. He did a great job with the installation, was here on the day and time he had promised. He also installed 2 additional vents in rooms that needed them and a great wifi thermostat.
