If I was reviewing on the end result of our project only, I would give 5 stars (more if I could), but I would give the process a 3.5, that’s why I’m giving 4 stars. The workers were excellent; the communication was overall fair and sometimes frustrating, resulting in a longer timeframe than promised. The final product and workmanship hit it out of the ballpark. We are glad our project is finished and incredibly happy with the results.

Adam and his crew did an amazing job on my retaining wall. They were professional, on time, within budget and built a quality wall.
However, when it came to a small maintenance job on the wall Adam failed miserably. He missed two scheduled appointments and has failed to respond to follow up phone calls. Simply rude.
If you are looking for a professional who will build AND maintain your block work I would recommend looking elsewhere.
I've had to resort to working thru the material supplier to find local professionals to complete this small maintenance job.
However, when it came to a small maintenance job on the wall Adam failed miserably. He missed two scheduled appointments and has failed to respond to follow up phone calls. Simply rude.
