HAUL AWAY showed up 3 sunny days later from when they told us. They did not communicate. We planned our schedule around their arrival. Bad idea! Brought it around 9 pm on a rainy Thursday night. They were supposed to be here early Tuesday.. then it Poured rain for 3 days. Then picked it up without warning on the weekend while everything (brought up from the basement) was sitting right out side of dumpster. The dumpster wasn't even 1/4 of the way full. We spent almost $600 for terriable service. Customer service refused to accommodate in any way. I fact placed blame on us. We feel as we have been

This service is terrible. We called on Monday to have a dumpster delivered on Friday. They told us someone would call on Friday morning. Come Friday at 12pm and no one showed. We called twice. Not only did they tell us we scheduled it for Monday they then argued with us on how we were in the wrong. When asked for the manager he stated he was the manager and he personally took the call and knew it was Monday. Multiple people were in the room when the call was placed on our endend we all noted Friday and over heard it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Pete and Pete is great go there. Less than 12 hours turn

We chose this company because they had the best prices and they were very fair when we asked if we could have the dumpster for 2 weeks instead of the standard 1. I spoke to Bart, he was very nice and professional on the phone. That is the only reason I gave more than 1 star. We originally ordered the dumpster to be delivered on Monday (9/9/19) and then I called back and had them switch the delivery to Tuesday the 10th. I wish I had looked at reviews first. Our dumpster was delivered on the correct day just 6 hours late. I wasted 4 hours waiting for them. Finally the second time I called they said I could leave a check and go. Would have been nice if that was said hours before when I called and they lied about what time it would arrive. It was supposed to be picked up the next Friday(yesterday). I called around 4:30pm and was told it would be picked up Saturday. It is 6:15 on Saturday and it is still here. They swore at me and said I was harassing them when I called several times (which they ignored) to ask when my dumpster was arriving. The owner and "customer service" people get rude and defensive when they don't fulfill what they promise.
This company absolutely deserves the "F" rating the Better Business Bureau gave them.
The owner and his friends had to post 5 star reviews to improve their rating!

Wish I had read these reviews before hiring this company. In the course of 10 months my renovation company probably used over 6-7 dumpsters and spent thousands of dollars.. Although I specifically gave instructions (several times) that I would call when the dumpster was filled, they removed one of the dumpsters when it was only 1/3 full. On two occasions, I had to personally run out to the road to stop a truck from picking up the dumpster before I had called. Like many others, I have also experienced the reverse. Called to have a dumpster picked up - took over two weeks for one dumpster to be removed
