Now Updated.. Another nice (great value for the cost) refurbish of a 10 wide (2×5' per pane) patio door at one of my nice rental homes. Barrett sent the full 4 man crew to re'glaze my 20 year old patio door to let the great views back into the home. The former glass blew its seals last year and proceeded to fog up internally. This job took months ....we had to order the glass a month in advance (low E, and UV blocking), so don't be in a rush. Install took the crew 3 hours on a nice sunny day in a prepped and clean working environment. Nice work, recommend Tasha and the Crew for your projects.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever received. My husband and I have been waiting roughly 3 months for them to come fix a window under warranty. They insist of contacting my husband who is unavailable, instead of contacting me. My husband has told them MULTIPLE times to contact me & has given them my information. They told my husband that they won’t contact me “because i wont answer the phone” which is a whole lie. I don’t have a single missed called from them since the initial appointment. So I called in to attempt schedule an appointment and get them to change the contact

At one time Barrett was great now it is just a name. Approximately 9 months ago, Barrett came out to measure for a new door, a month later I called to schedule a time to discuss, all they could find was an order I place 3 years earlier. After another measurement, I was promised 4-6 weeks...this continued on and on for the next few months. Then in Dec 2020 I was told my parts were in and MIKE would call me once the door was built. Another month past and of course I was told my parts are in and MIKE would call me once the door was built. Another 3rd party installed BEN called me in November 2020

I requested an estimate to replace a bathroom window with a frosted one. The original window is the plastic style blocks and a couple were cracking. Mike comes out and checks out the window inside and out, asks what kind of window I wanted..something you can't see thru. He says he'll call the day with the cost. No call happened, next day no call. Then a contract comes in the mail for $1088.00 for a bathroom window. I call Barrett and ask that Mike call to explain the costs to me and how that the windows costs were almost $1100. No call Thursday, Friday, and Monday. I call Barrett again on late

We ordered a door in April, by the end of June we still had no door so we switched companies. We had measurements taken and placed the order and was told 3-4 weeks for delivery. After about 6 weeks they tell us they received the wrong door. They proceed to order it again and about 4 weeks later they tell me they sent the wrong one again and offered to sell us this door for a cheaper price. I feel like I was getting lied to since on the 2nd they say they were on back order on the door we wanted, but fir some reason they will sent one...the wrong one. Last Wednesday morning (6/10/2020) Mike came to my house to measure windows and give me a quote on replacing 18 windows in my house. He asked if I wanted him to email or mail me the quote. I chose email and gave him my email address. He said I would have the quote no later than the following day. It's now Monday, 6/15 and I still don't have the quote. I called their office today to discover that Mike is on vacation this week. No one else can give me the quote. In my opinion that is poor business practice and poor customer service. If I can't trust them to give me a quote in a timely manner why

In 2014 Barrett Windows and Bobby Lass went into business together, creating Home Improvement Specialists. After Bobby Lass destroyed my home with a faulty roofing installation, I reached out to Barrett Window with these three facts: (1) Contract on Barrett Window Contract Paper, (2) Barrett Windows filed the new roof permit, (3) Explicit instructions on Barrett Windows contract that listed Home Improvement Specialists as the name for me to write the check out to. At this point, Barrett Window told me he'd have his insurance agent contact me yet I'm getting the same argument repeatedly

I was referred to this company by a neighbor to get windows replaced for my whole house. We called Mike about setting up an appointment and he came to our house on time. He was knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, patient, and gave us a written estimate. The installation crew(Butch) was efficient, professional, and courteous. They showed up on time and finished early. They did a fantastic job and the whole process have gone so smoothly. I highly recommend Barrett for your window replacements.
