The work so far is exceptional. I understand that there are labor issues this year, but...We were told a possible start date of March 2021. The hole was finally dug in may. Very poor communication early on. The rebar and gunnite were finally completed in July. We are now told that we may not have a completed pool this year. They still have until possibly October to work. That makes it 8 months to complete a pool. Again, I understand that labor is an issue, but 8 months??

We had our gunite pool install completed in October of 2020 during a covid year. BBCP were recommended to us by our neighbor, and upon researching reviews and their website we decided to give them a call. The owner (Ed) responded and did a consultation of what they offered and what vision he had for a pool & landscaping in our backyard in conjunction with our own vision. B&B Custom Pools built my pool about 15 years ago and it is still beautiful! Their new service provider - Paradise Pool Service is the best! Moe takes care of our pool repairs and doesn’t overcharge or try to tell me I need a new heater like the other B&B! He is trustworthy and so knowledgeable.

The entire B&B team was excellent to work with! Ed’s vision and design of our backyard was more than we could have dreamed of, and the process of making those dreams a reality, was seamless. Every person we came in contact with along the way, was professional and answered all our questions. Our backyard is now a small slice of heaven thanks to B&Bs hard work and dedication.

Everyone we came in contact with was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with our pool renovation. When I filled out the form online, Jake was at our house within a hour. He also helped us to find a contractor for concrete work we needed to have done around the pool first. Thank you for turning an outdated and run down pool to look like new! We absolutely love it.

From the second Ed walked into our house to discuss our first plans and ideas, it was obvious his passion and dedication to making our dream a reality. The entire project was seamless from the coordination of our landscaping, fencing, equipment, valet pool service, and entire pool and surrounding area coming together. We are beyond thrilled with our "vacation in our backyard" as we like to call it! After doing extensive research of pool companies and enjoying the look and feel of the pool they built for us, there is hands down no other pool company I would recommend. B&B provided top quality master craftsmanship. Above all our pool was online on time.

Ed and his team did a fantastic job on our pool. The one draw back was the rainy spring and early summer that put the dig date on hold. Once they were able to get started things moved along. Western Lehigh Landscape took care of all the things not pool related. The B&B team are a group of highly experienced individuals who are professional in their own skill set. The combination of both B&B and Western Lehigh Landscape made for a great experience.

Ed Mehlig and his whole organization are true professionals. From the day he sat down with us to discuss what we were looking for in a pool, to the design process, getting the permits and the whole construction process Ed who is the president was always involved and always available via his cell phone. Moe the construction project director was very knowledgable and you could tell he took great pride in his work. Marcia in the office was always on top of everything and available for questions and helping any questions we had. Tony who is the vice president then came in when the pool was built and
