DO NOT use this business!!!! I do not deny any business from making a profit however when I ask for an itemized list of prices for work to be completed and all I received is an overall price with no parts breakdown price some shady math is going on. A part that actually cost $1.25 an they charge $22.00 is disgraceful, a part that costs between $9.00 and $12.00 they are willing to charge $39.00 to $43.00, custom made sliding screens that can be purchased most anywhere for between $85.00 and $110.00 that they want $174.00 plus for. It took the better part of a month just to get a disjointed proposal

Run from this place. Facts are facts: Terry, Mike, and Tara will take your deposit money then not return your phone calls for a month. They will tell that you are on the schedule, but they will not tell you when. When you do get a hold of them, they will then apologize and then not show up ever. When you just want your deposit back (because they will not once show up and will not return your phone calls), they will still not call you back. Then you will need to lawyer up. Still don't have my money back, still no show, still no call backs....

I asked for them to come out to remove some glass that was just too big to handle as a DIY project. They did a great job and were quick about it. Their prices were very reasonable and you wouldn't have even known they were there if it wasn't for the fact that they removed an eyesore! I highly recommend.

Osage Beach Glass put new glass in our windows in our condo. They came out to give me a bid. I accepted the bid of $808. 2 weeks later they came out to install the glass. The bid called for three men and scaffolding was supposed to be needed. This was all in the bid.
When they came out to install four men showed up. We were told we do not need scaffolding for this job.
When I called Osage glass they told me your job was terribly under bid, we sent four men and that was a justification of no refund.

Needed quick service on seven floor to ceiling windows. Osage Beach Glass was lowest of three bids. On Wednesday afternoon we asked how soon he could get the job done. He didn't promise, but said he would try to get it done by the end of the week. The glass was ordered in and he completed the job on Friday afternoon. We are extremely pleased with the price and service we got from Osage Beach Glass.
