Our UL central station monitoring ensures that in the case of a fire or burglary, you are first notified, and then appropriate actions are taken with police or fire departments. Central station monitoring is available with all alarm systems. Phone lines are no longer required, and there is the option of adding a cellular radio for backup in case of phone outage.
Castle Alarm is licensed to install and provide monitoring for residential and commercial fire alarm systems. In case of a fire, a monitored alarm system with fire protection alerts you, the central station, and the local fire department is dispatched. Monitored alarm systems with carbon monoxide protection alert you as well as the central station if levels in your home became too high.
Doorbell notifications and live video can show up on the touch panels within your home, as well as on your mobile devices. Along with video from your other integrated cameras, doorbell videos can be stored and viewed later on the touch panel or your mobile device. With the ability to set up mobile notifications, even when you're not home, you can see who's at your door and even talk to them through the built-in speaker.
Most systems installed by Castle are eligible for upgrade, including all GE and Interlogix NX systems. Not sure what system you have? Call or email for help.
