We are a small family business specializing in asphalt seal coating and exterior maintenance. We cover the Greater Philadelphia area for residential and commercial properties. We take pride in exterior home maintenance by providing power wash and deck coating to wood and marble surfaces. Seasonal work is done all year around including gutters and leaf removal.

This is Johnny Pappas. After using four different driveway sealcoating companies, I found the best in Ortega Sealcoating. Ricardo Ortega is professional, reliable, meticulous and beats all competition with extremely fair pricing. He is a rarity among contractors! If all contractors were like him, there would be 100% job satisfaction. Ricardo also does house washing and deck staining.

We have had two great experiences with Ortega Coating. First in September 2020 to seal coat the driveway and paint a small wooden deck. Ricardo was professional and easy to work with and the rates were very reasonable. We were thrilled with the results. We were so happy that we decided to give him a call when getting bids to power wash our house in November 2020, and we’re so glad we did. Ricardo’s bid was reasonable and he was able to fit us in quickly and just as before the work exceeded our expectations. Thank you Ortega Coating!

Mr. Ortega was engaged for power washing the house siding and deck. His quotes were very competitive, and he accommodated my request to schedule the job over a weekend. He promptly arrived at the scheduled time, and his job was thorough, professional, and of the highest caliber. I highly recommend him .
