In 1989 owner Tony Silverio had decided it was time to stop working for others and began his journey on becoming a business owner. With one employee and a strong desire to excel, Tony's company Silverio Plumbing & Heating, grew quickly and became well known for an exceptional quality of work and knowledge of the plumbing and heating trade.

Silverio Mechanical is unreliable. Despite multiple daily calls to the company's office from April 14 - 21 and leaving a message on the emergency line, we received no return call for over a week when our heating system failed. (We had a 14-year relationship with Silverio Mechanical, which included installation of a geothermal heating system, two hot water heaters, various propane lines and re-plumbing multiple baths and a kitchen.) After enlisting help from our general contractor (with whom we had no ongoing relationship) on April 18 and 19, a call was finally returned on April 21 at 2 PM
