James Stalie Construction is a construction company with expertise in remodels, new residential construction, commercial construction and professional appliance installation. We work with clients to assist with designing their project and provide high-quality craftsmanship and professionalism through all stages of the project.
Our staff is courteous, highly knowledgeable and responsive to our clients' needs. James is a 4th generation contractor. Growing up in Cupertino CA, at the age of 11, he and his brother were on the jobsite working with their father every day after school and in the summers. In October of 1994, James obtained his contractors license and established a business of his own.
He and his wife, Dana, have 5 children, 4 sons and a daughter. All 4 of their sons have worked with James and his team. He is a thoughtful family man that truly cares about his craft and community. The Patriot Award reflects the efforts made as an employer to support citizen warriors through a wide-range of measures including flexible schedules, time off prior to and after deployment, caring for families, and granting leaves of absence if needed.

They came out to install a dishwasher. They didn’t level it. The top protruded and inch past the insert and 1 1/2 inches at the bottom instead of being flush. I told them i wanted to be able to pull the dishwasher out far enough to get behind it if necessary - the install does not let me get behind the dishwasher. They said I needed an airgap hose, installed it and charged me $50. The cost of the hose is about $5 and takes a couple of minutes to install. When I called the owner he justified the cost because it would have cost me more if I called in a plumber to install the hose. DUH! - his crew

He is highly skilled, thoroughly knowlegeable about home design and construction, works continually until the job is completed, dedicated to making the client happy.
