They busted our pipe using a snake and wanted to charge us full price to come fix the pipe.
We called them before to snake our kitchen drain. We heard a loud bang/ crack, and when my fiancé asked what it was, he said everything was fine. I noticed water trickling in our basement storm door later on, but it was also raining on and off that week, so I thought that might be the cause. Called midweek in the evening. Our 100 year old house has old pipes and they were backing up causing disgusting sewage in basement. We needed him that night and he was there in 2 hours! Got a quote from Drain solutions with an appointment for them to come to my house on A Sunday between the hours of 8:00 - 10:00 am by 10:00 am I called them with no response back. By the time the technician called me it was almost 12:00 pm and I had already called another plumber. Very unprofessional

Dennis and his team are life savers. After just moving in 4 days earlier, we had flooding in the basement as a result of the sewage line being blocked. It was late Friday night and I called Drain Solutions Plus to come out and Dennis and Felix came out in an hour to assess the issue and then proceeded to use a heavy duty snake to clear out the sewer line. Unfortunately the blockage was pretty bad and after a couple of hours the drill they were using was burning out and needed to come back in the morning with a stronger drill.

Amazing service (friendly, speedy and efficient)! My toilet was clogged for 2 days and I called Dennis at Drain Solutions Plus. He was able to arrive within an hour of my call. He looked at my toilet, made an assessment and then he and his teammate worked on it and cleared the clog in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend and would hire again! I recieved quotes from other companies and this was by far the best, especially for the area.

Dennis was a VERY great help for us--we got flooding in a room because of a clog from our house to the street; but they were able to come on a Sunday in under two hours to clean out the issue and restore everything back to normal.

I recently called Drain Solutions Plus to get a quote on fixing my sewer line after a previous plumber told me it needed to be replaced. I scheduled an appointment with Anese and he did a video inspection of the drain pipes. He said that replacing the whole pipe wasn't necessary and I just needed to clean it every few years. I appreciated his honesty on the matter since most plumbers have a tendency to over exaggerate simple fixes. Definitely got an A+ rating in my book.
