This review is LONG overdue. We needed a contractor to completely rip out and replace the outside of our second story to include replacing windows and repairing water damage. Most contractors we spoke to just wanted to look at our house on Google maps and make a ridiculous estimate based on Google street view of our house. Needless to say I had no problem paying for Mike to come do an ACTUAL assessment that eventually went towards the cost of the project. We were in a tough situation with a new baby coming and trying to figure out how to pay for these unexpected repairs. Mike was fantastic from

Mike was every level of the word professional. He came out to our place and was patient with us, listened and answered every question we had. We had him give us an estimate on a landscaping project, his estimate was very detailed plus he included a drawing of the project which not many contractors would do. After going line item by line item with my wife we decide to just start with our fence since it was in our budget and in desperate need of replacing. The moment we gave Millsaw the green light things started rolling almost immediately. Mike was on site to make sure things were moving along smoothly

Mike is a true professional and very honest. He puts quality time into personalizing your estimate, line item by line item. This takes time, so we gladly paid his estimate fee for the visit because we know it is credited towards the final invoice when you decide to move forward. We were serious about the project and needed a GC that was on our level. Mike is great with communicating the progress of the project (we were out of town for most of the work) and always makes sure we are on the same page. We can't wait to work with him again!

Hired Mike at Millsaw Construction for list of repairs at my home. I was impressed, mike was on time, had a detailed scope of work and completed my list of repairs in a very efficient time frame. Got to say his pricing was very firm but it shows for when the work is completed.

Mike came out to look at a broken lock on our patio door. He found the problem, installed a solid fix, and told me where to go for new parts if the problem presented again. While he was here he also adjusted our Anderson door, screwed a bolt back onto a piece of furniture when we'd moved it, and gave me some recommendations/options for a potential bathroom remodel. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. It was a great experience.
