Jody was excellent! I contacted Flying Carpet Cleaners after a previous tech was sent out to stretch my carpet. The tech did not stretch the carpet correctly at all, thankfully Jody was able to come out same day to fix my carpet and I could not be more pleased with the quality of work done especially in such short notice! Jody came out to complete a couple carpet repair jobs for me...one where my dog had ripped a section of the carpet, and another area where I'd spilled bleach and caused a stain. When Jody was done, I literally couldnt tell that damage was ever done. Everything was seamless! Jody was responsive, kind, professional, on time, and reasonably priced! My dog chewed up almost 5 square feet of carpet in a brand new master bedroom. My dog got through so much of the floor I never thought it could look brand new again. When I spoke to Jody on the phone he talked me through all of my options and he was so knowledgeable. I have almost no words on the work he did on the carpet. He patch worked it and it looks brand new. He showed up on time and he was in constant communication with me before he came to work on the floor. It was fantastic service and he is so friendly! Jody, with Flying Carpet Cleaners, came out to re-stretch the carpet in a bedroom and the living room. He and his assistant did a wonderful job in getting rid of the ridges in my carpet. They were professional, friendly, did the job efficiently and cleanly. They were masked and wore booties the whole time. The cost was very reasonable. I could not have asked for better. I definitely recommend them for any work on your carpets and floors.
