I always look at the weight when I go in and when I leave. Been doing it there for years. Wish I would have taken a picture of what the digits were on the scale to prove it to them. I went in at 7,100 lbs. When I went in to pay, I knew something wasnt right with the price so I asked the girl what I came in with and she said 7,600 lbs. I told her the scale read 7,100 and she didnt say anything. Getting charged for 500 lbs extra may not be much too some people, but I bust my rear end to make my money. The online ordering is extremely easy. Due to a miscommunication on my part a dumpster was delivered to me (right on time), but I didn't need it. Edgar was very helpful and came out to remove it not even twelve hours later and waived the fees. I appreciated it very much and would definitely recommend Berky's.

Online order was smooth and the dumpster was delivered on time without issue. They didn't come for the scheduled pickup though (I called a few days later and requested it via phone, then they did come out).
My biggest issue was that I had a billing complaint, and called and was very courteous with Edgar (who answered), and explained my complaint. He was unwilling to even consider my position or possible error on their part.
Seems like a decent company to work with, but I was very disappointed in the customer service, and will think very hard before using them again.
