I wish I could give a zero review. I had a new roof put on my home in 2012. After the job was supposedly complete, we discovered that the gutters were not reinstalled correctly. M &M avoided our phone calls. Finally, after constantly calling and months passed, M&M reluctantly came back and jerry rigged the gutter installation. We have since had our gutters replaced by a reputable company. Fast forward to 2019 - two shingles near the ridge came off. The roof is still under warranty for labor. I contacted Gene in August explaining the situation. I called him several times and have had no response

This company is patently dishonest. Went with this company due to the perceived quality, however, the company did a shoddy job on the project I hired them for. The owner did not give the option to us on the order, sent the wrong size materials and did not respond to any follow up calls on our complaints. I implore you to look elsewhere when planning an improvement project, this company has no customer service and will not answer complaints.
