JSI specializes in the installation of Auger Cast Piles for commercial and residential construction. Our typical projects range from the very small, 5 pilings, to the medium projects with 400 or more. We can install Pilings for the traditional static load test required on piles loads of greater than 40 tons, and can coordinate to install piles for the new dynamic load testing method.
There are many different soil conditions that may result in a settlement problem. For every cause of settlement, there seems to be even more methods to repair them. Often this leaves a homeowner challenged with the task of sorting apples and oranges. The primary goal of any foundation repair method must address the initial cause of the problem, a failing soil strata.
Our model UD-15 was designed to easily access backyards and confined spaces for the installation of pilings for foundation repair. The UD 20 is used for both foundation underpinning as well as low headroom or limited access pilings. The MFR 40 was designed for pile installations where access for traditional track machines was limited.
If you ask for 3 different opinions regarding a settlement problem, you will likely get 3 different answers. When choosing a repair method you should be confident that the problem which caused the settlement is being directly addressed in a manner that will prevent any future settlement. Competent supervision and support staff should be directly involved in the installation process.
