Blue Horse Construction's founder, Zach, has been involved in building custom homes in Colorado since he was 14. By shadowing his father who owned a successful concrete foundation business, Zach learned hands-on experience, turning a side-gig into a passionate career in building and renovating homes.
Zach realized that aging general contractors and tradesmen combined with a resurging boom in custom home building and remodels created a great opportunity to use his deep passion and knowledge of the construction industry to improve the construction process for all parties involved. Blue Horse Construction did a magnificent job on our remodel. The best part was being informed every morning as to what was taking place. Zach is an excellent communicator so I always knew what was taking place that day - no surprises! Blue Horse and their hand-picked subs always showed up on time and did masterful work.

These guys are fantastic! Remodeled kitchen with a 3 foot extension, remodeled big bathroom. Remodeled family room. Huge job. They made us 1 big promise that sold me - that they would ALWAYS communicate with us.....and they kept that promise in spades. Absolutely fantastic. Great to work with, our end product is absolutely fabulous. And here… we are in the punch list phase and notwithstanding other new jobs, they are still keeping up with our final touches and still communicating with us. And all of this during the pandemic. Wow. Absolutely zero regrets. If I had to do this all over again

We went with Blue Horse Construction because of another client of theirs gave them such a good review. For good reason too! We were impressed from start to finish mainly because they communicate and show up when they say they will. They answer the phone and texts, even on weekends! We put a master room addition onto our 1950s small home and they… really helped our vision come to life with minimal hiccups, even during the pandemic which may have slowed some shipments and vendors. They cleaned up at the end and even help to move our bed in. I can’t really say enough good things about

We hired Blue Horse Construction to remodel part of our home. Their sub contractors did a fantastic job and completed the work in a timely manner. In the end, we love Blue Horse Construction for the beautiful work they facilitated as well as their ability to be in communication throughout the whole remodel process.

Blue Horse Construction was very professional, on time and did fantastic work. Zack brought 3 professionals to help me with various needs. They hung cabinets, repaired plumbing, installed trim and baseboard, built a bar top and installed tile on it, put glass tile above bathtub enclosure to cover wall and even went to Home Depot and bought all the materials and charged it on my card.
I would definitely recommend Blue Horse Construction for your needs if I'm not using them already. Ha
