Very professional, organized, and easy to do business with. The installers (Taylor and Daniel) arrived on time, completed the installation efficiently. They answered all our questions and made sure all was working properly before they left. They cleaned up everything and left it the way they found it. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Had a few plumbing issues and Juan came on time to repair.He was extremely professional and explained each issue and suggested repair thoroughly.He laid down a mat to avoid tracking in dirt .He was very efficient and courteous.I was impressed with his service even though it seemed expensive.They confirmed appointment ,called day of ,and arrived on time- worth a little more especially when my time is money too.

I contacted Coastal because my shower drain started to leak onto the ceiling in the condo unit below mine. The repair involves cutting a small hole in the ceiling and replacing the drain pipe assembly which was a few hours of labor and some parts. The cost was staggering at $1,264 for the cheapest option offered to me , all the way up to a $3,000+ process (for a simple drain repair???). When I asked how this cost breaks down, I was only flippantly told there is no parts and labor breakdown and the estimates are what they are. While the work was quality, this billing practice is extreme and deceptive

Coastal plumbing is very professional and punctual clean and thorough. It’s hard to find reliable contractors in South Florida. Coastal has replaced on demand hot water heaters for me, Replace entire underground sewer lines from the street to the house, As well as simple plumbing jobs like replacing a sink and faucet.

I am changing out my tub and fawcett. The service person came on time, did a great job, did not make too much noise considering he had to sledgehammer an old iron tub, was very courteous and polite, and finished in a few hours, and clean the area. Great job!!! Thanks.

We had a bit of a plumbing issue and they sent out Brandon on a after hours Saturday call. Brandon was very professional and determined our issue rather quickly and unclogged our drain line.
