Premium Air installed a new air conditioner & air handler in our guest house. They arrived on time early in the morning to and within 4 hours I had cool A/C again. Premium Air was very responsive to my call. When I discovered that the A/C was out on a Friday, they were out that day to diagnose, and if possible, to repair the issue. They gave me the all-in price for a new unit and scheduled the new install for Monday morning. Also, since I paid cash, they gave me discount. I will continue to use Premium Air for any A/C issues.

They were very responsive and Jeff and his team were wonderful to work with. very professional and completely knowledgeable about the products and the operation of the system. They were very efficient. started at 8 am as promised and wrapped up at 4 pm. I am completely satisfied with the system and the service. Wonderful job!!

Had a Lennox compressor go out and needed to replace the outside units. Had multiple quotes but Jeff Harris with Premium was the most knowledgeable and honest. They didn't try to sell us more than we needed, and for the unit recommended they still beat the others in price. His installers were on time and did a great job on a Houston July afternoon - Really appreciate their honesty and integrity.

Keith and James diagnosed and installed a new condenser unit for my elderly mother during the height of summer heat and during a pandemic. They explained how they would change the layout of furnace in the attic, to make it easier to maintain in the long run. They came out to install the system and did a great job. Took a lot less time than I thought it would take and everything is running brilliantly. I will definitely be using them for all my AC/Heating needs in the future.
