We took 10 rugs in to be cleaned, we are 2 1/2 hours drive from Little Rock. Worked with their staff to have them ready the following week ready for pickup.
Rugs look great and very pleased with results and service! Highly recommend them!

Billie S. I have had Mr. Martinous clean rugs for me for over 20 years and I have been completely satisfied with everything he has done. He cleaned a rug for my place of worship, an 11 x 14 which was trafficked by hundreds of feet, sometimes seven days a week, annually for us for about 15 years and kept it in perfect condition. He cleaned other rugs for me and they were clean and shaped as good as new when I got them back. Recently my four-year-old grandson threw up on a brand-new looped rug,it was difficult to clean to say the least. Mr. Martinous was very happy that he was able to restore

I own a small business and truly appreciate great customer service. I got it from Martinous Oriental Rug Company. I ordered an 8x10 Harounian oriental rug from Martinous and received it via UPS the other day. In a phrase, we couldn't be more pleased. The rug is beautiful and the owner, David Martinous and his team rendered world class customer service. The manufacturer had a slight production delay, and David's communication of the delay, and when I would receive the rug was spot on. The rug is exactly as described and the transaction was extremely smooth. I will be using Martinous
