Edit on 11/6 to add: I received a call on 10/27 by the sales person, Sean, based on my review below. I was not called because Renata said she will send someone after we talked. He said they would make it priority to have someone come to my property to do a full search for remaining nails and other clean up as well as assessing the part of my siding that does not lay flat. It has now been over a week since Sean made the promise to send someone out ASAP. As I am doing fall clean up and covering my AC unit, I am now finding more nails and actual debris of the old and new siding tucked in my hostas

I have discussed my dissatisfaction with Quantum and Proactive claims with Renata, the owner of the company, as well as with the sales representative on my account. It is my belief that my experience should be shared publicly to raise awareness for new homeowners such as myself. Based on reviews found online, I put my trust in Quantum as a new homeowner and ended up very disappointed and dissatisfied with the services I received. A sales representative visited my home offering a free inspection of my roof/home since they were in the area handling insurance claims for a hail storm from a year ago

When Michael came out to meet with me about my project and concerns I didn't know what to expect. I have never had this experience before and was nervous about the insurance coverage and what was really needed.

I got my sidings replaced, gutters replaced, and awning repainted. Took a span of monthS. Siding job was mediocre, at best. They do not clean up or put things back very well. A week after the siding job, a couple pieces fell off. They also threw my mailboxes away, a doorbell was missing, and a piece of gutter was missing. Siding issue was not fixed, they took the checks and a piece that fell off, and never heard from them again.

For years, various roofing contractors came by our house offering to fix hail damage that I couldn't really see. We always ignored them till we had a bad hailstorm and it was clear even to me that we had hail damage. At that time, I didn't want to just accept whoever came to my house offering to fix it. The entire Quantum Exteriors team was professional and efficient. When I had Michael come out to do an estimate I had a price before he even left my property.
The siding I wanted was special order but he kept me informed while the materials were being manufactured. They scheduled a delivery of materials with me on one day and they came back the next to install it.
The crew worked safe and efficiently to get it completed in just one day. Everything they took of the exterior was reinstalled just the way it was before. My yard and lawn were left cleaner than they were before. The finished product

Renata’s team turned my home from an eyesore to a show-stopper! Our house had mismatched damaged siding and the roof was also showing hail damage, but Quantum Exteriors was able to repair and replace to give us what looked like a brand new home!!
