We are so pleased with the work that Joshua did, replacing our tankless hot water heater. We even upgraded to a gas tankless. Joshua made it happen quickly and efficiently once we picked the HWH.

Called Summit after joining their member club to have my hot water tank repaired. Josh was at my house right on time on Monday am to check out the pilot light malfunction, quickly determined the problem and had everything repaired within the hour. He applied my membership discount and is reimbursing me for the part I bought privately and he was able to use. He has been diligently following up as to the operating condition and working with his front office to ensure proper pricing. After dealing with another company for the last few days to get an appointment to have someone come check our furnace we finally called Summit! They were able to come out same day (on a Sunday) and fixed a bad sensor on the furnace. Benjamin was very professional and did a great job! We will definitely use Summit in the future!

We had a water leak near our mailbox so I called the City out to look at it. They left a door placard saying it was my water meter that was leaking. I called Summit for a plumber so I could get an estimate on the repair. Joshua came out and checked the meter and the line and discovered that it was the City's issue. Boy did we luck out! Joshua was so knowledgeable, my husband and I were impressed. If we ever need a plumber again we will definitely call Summit and request him. Thank you Joshua!

I've scheduled an annual boiler service appointment with summit three times now and have consistently been impressed with their compassion and professionalism. I had no heat starting Saturday night. Sunday morning I started looking for a company that could come over and fix the problem - I always look on Yelp before choosing companies ... I contacted Summit and the lady told me somebody might come by around 1 ... 12.45 a technician - Josh - called and said he was on his way. Last night I had to make an emergency call to the gas company as I smelled gas. Although they came out and addressed some leaking taking place outside of the house, they shut off my furnace and said I needed repair work completed before it could be turned back on. I hired Summit last year to fix the humidifier system attached to my furnace. They replaced a faulty solenoid valve and the system seemed to work fine all winter. But I recently discovered water on the floor next to my furnace, which is never a good sign. The culprit is the solenoid valve they replaced last year that's now leaking. It's pretty frustrating to spend $380 on a new part that fails within a year and could've caused major water damage to my house.

Bill came out to provide service in less than 24 hours after we called about a dripping tankless heating unit. He evaluated the situation and determined the issue within minutes. He ordered the parts on the spot. Went to pick them up, returned and within an hour had our heating system fully functional again. He also upgraded the piping, explained everything he did. Called these guys to do maintenance on our furnace and a/c. They did a great job and told me how to save money on the maintenance in the future. Asked thru Yelp if they could come and service our Tankless water heater. They responded, came out and did so. They provided a discount. They also easily set up a yearly schedule to take care of servicing the Water heater and entire HVAC system. When I put in a new HVAC system 3 years ago, I got 3 bids and they came in second of the 3. Unfortunately the vendor I chose and subsequently installed HVAC and water heater went out of business, (and can't service my HVAC or Water heater) so I thought I would give these guys a try. Very satisfied with professionalism.

We have used Summit to replace the AC at our last two homes and they will always be our first choice. Their techs are well trained, experienced, and professional. There are multiple people checking every step of the process. The job is not done until you're completely satisfied.

From start to finish, Summit Heating is all about customer service. We are part of their membership program and they have serviced our swamp cooler in the past. We were looking to replace our 20+ yr old furnace, they were able to provide a competitive quote, great warranty, arrange with the electrician, etc. Sal and his team installed our new furnace, made sure to protect our floors (and clean them after), all the parts look beautiful, fresh and well put. Sal was friendly, informative and thoughtful. We are thrilled with our new furnace and we look forward to hire Summit for other home upgrades

When the person came here, they took it apart, cleaned it and then charged me $285. It was $100 to open and examine it. And $185 to clean it. That's not what I was told on the phone. The technician was excellent and friendly.

Tino & Craig installed a new furnace and AC the other week, thank you for the great job and identifying a leak in my crawlspace! Professional firm from the sales to installation. Brian was the sales person and responsive during the process. Still have a “to do” left due to supply issues but I’m hopeful that they will complete the job with the line hides when available. Craig and Vincent were the installers and also professional and responsive. Clearly they knew what they were doing, tried to be careful when inside and explained well when I had questions. We are thrilled with the service and quality of work Summit gave us with our furnace and hot water install. Our dual furnace was almost 26-years old when one of the units stopped working, and with changes to code over the past two decades, our service team (Tanner and Robbie) had a good amount of work to do to bring it up to code, in addition to simply installing the units. We decided it was time to replace our 30 year old furnace a few weeks ago and reached out to 6 companies in the Denver area for quotes. We had these guys out when we first moved in to do routine maintenance on our AC unit. That went well. A couple of months later we had to call them back out because the AC wasn't cooling properly. They diagnosed an old, worn-out unit and recommended replacement. Seeing as the unit was 20 years old, I agreed. Either these guys are totally unprofessional or they tried to scam me but they basically told me my compressor died and I'm better off replacing the whole unit which they quoted at $5000 and then raised to $6000 the next day (though nothing had changed since the first quote). I ended up calling another company that came and fixed the AC for $350 and it's running great ever since.
Update: I got the reply from the Summit Cooling GM (below) and a phone call as well. I do believe after the call that this was an unfortunate case of mis-diagnosis and I'm happy that Summit takes feedback

I do not post company reviews often but I am so impressed with Summit Heating & AC! This is the BEST HVAC company I have ever worked with. I found them last year from all of the amazing reviews they have received, they are BBB top rated and nationally recognized. If you do your research you’ll understand. Had an AC tune up this week and encountered… a few issues, they immediately rectified the situation and offered the best service recovery.
