My experience with Dalton AC exceeded all of my expectations. Every person I interacted with was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was given several options and packages to replace my full system. The installation was scheduled within 2 days of my approval and the installation crew worked quickly and took precautions to keep my house tidy. I will be a customer for life!

From the moment I spoke with Cadie, I knew I was in good hands. Cadie provides incredible customer service and really knows her stuff. Charlie came out today to check on a high pitched whistling noise coming from my air filter area, and it ended up being that there is a small gap between the filter and the open area, so he was able to think outside the box and fix that very easily. I had mentioned to him while he was there, that during our "winter storm / freeze" a few weeks ago, my heater never stopped running the whole week and I had it set to 65 degrees. He thought that was strange

Our A/C system stopped cooling yesterday evening, well my husband noticed that the house was unusually warmer. We were concern that we will end up paying a lot of money to fix the system. We search around online, especially social media, asking for recommendations on Facebook, Google and Nextdoor. We have never experience a situation like this, since we resided mostly in US Army Post, so things like this it was taken care of by Army Housing. Basically, we didn't know what to expect. A neighbor from the adjacent subdivision next to ours recommended on Nextdoor

This was wonderful experience with a service provider (although I hope my AC never goes out again!). I really hope they are in business when I need a new unit. I called this morning, got an excellent phone rep (hi Katie!), she took all my information, scheduled the appointment and was just really professional and friendly. The service tech actually called me to say he was running early (early!), arrived in the time he gave me. was thorough, knowledgeable, quick and friendly. I recommend them highly!

My ac went out. I'm a single mother with kids in house and was afraid of whom to even try and call. I found this business on yelp today. This afternoon I called and was not expecting to talk to a human being when I called and I did! I told woman on phone how my ac went out and needed help ASAP. She got me scheduled between 4-6 pm and said Charlie Eagan would call before he arrived. He did. I cannot thank you guys enough. The Dalton team never disappoints. Keenan showed up on-schedule, and Dalton even sent a text to alert me when he was en route! He was professional in all respects, from his clean uniform (not common in the industry), polite greeting, and confident knowledge of what needed to be done to prevent any problems in the dead of Texas summer. (It was my annual preventative maintenance, which I recommend everyone get to prolong the life of their system.) He completed the work efficiently, reported concisely on what he found, and was on his way. I have no suggestions for improvement. I remain a 10-year satisfied

I had a great experience with Dalton for my pre-winter heater tune up. The admin was very friendly in setting up the appointment and called the day before to tell us that an open time slot had become available should we want to move our appointment up. Charlie arrived right on time for the appointment and was friendly, professional, and informative. I'll definitely be using Dalton for all heater / HVAC services moving forward.

Dalton Air Conditioning and Heating is one of the most professional companies I have had the pleasure doing business with. They texted and emailed me before they arrived at my house. Charlie explained everything that he needed to do to fix my A/C that had a clogged up PVC drain line and he even stabilized my overflow condenser plan. After finishing I thought he did an excellent overall job. He texted and emailed me my invoice and cleaned up his working area before leaving. Dalton A/C is one of the best A/C and Heating companies in the Greater Houston-Pearland-Friendswood area.

As I'm writing this Charlie is still here. I CANNOT say enough about how pleased I am with the excellent service that is being provided. After having several other technicians come out it is a relief to have a company that I can form a working relationship with. Charlie has been here since noon, and it's 3pm now. From the beginning he was very thorough to explain parts, and the system to me. As he stated " I treat every home as if it was my own. I want people to be comfortable, and be taken care of." He is very knowledgeable, and has given me options according to my budget.

We have been using Dalton Heating and Air since we moved into our home December 2014. We had trouble finding consistent service in our previous home. With Dalton I can always count on being taken care of quickly and professionally. Everyone I've dealt within the company has been amazing. The owner is even involved and checks in to make sure everything is okay. They always work with me and my schedule. We were having problems with one of our units cooling. We called Dalton and they returned our call within 10 min. We scheduled service for the next day and they arrived promptly at the scheduled time. The technician, Daniel, was very professional in explaining the problem with our A/C. We were given several options (packages) to choose from to solve the problem. There was no pressure to pay some ridiculous amount of money for service like some of the shady companies I've dealt with in the past. I highly recommend this company.
