Made is a lifesaver. 10000% recommend them - we were deciding between Made and a few other GCs and we went with Made because of the "all-in" ness of the service. By that I mean, they handle everything for you from beginning to end.
You might think "but I can do it". I'll tell you - I too, thought that, but it wasn't until a few things went wrong in my project that I realized I "could not do it". One thing I didn't appreciate was how much work it was managing the project yourself. Totally left in awe with how our master’s bathroom turned out! It is exactly how we described it. We had a very positive experience overall with Made. Having them manage every aspect of the remodel, from design to ordering / materials fulfillment, finding a general contractor, scheduling, getting permits etc was incredibly convenient and well worth the cost for us not to have to deal with all that overhead. The design process was fun and it was really helpful to see 3D renders before construction started. Construction went well and even when there were a couple of snags with the a few wrong materials delivered, Made was very quick to rectify it without much delay. Throughout the whole process

We had an incredible experience working with Made Renovation. They made the process so easy on us. We were under a tight timeline to renovate our bathroom and they exceeded our expectations! The virtual mood board design sessions were definitely a must have for any renovation and allowed us to see our design in real-time. Lastly, they picked an amazing construction partner (509 Construction) who also delivered above expectations with customer service. Would highly recommend!!

We love our new powder room. We started in November and finished in April despite Covid. The work was was easy and they handled everything. Contractor was great and cleaned up every day. The process was pretty smooth and we are happy with the design. It was a weird small powder room but now it looks great!!
