This year we decided it was time to put on the addition we'd planned on our modest 1-1/2 story cape cod. We did some due diligence, looked at Better Business Bureau, Yelp, and other references, and selected a few firms to give us an estimate. We contacted Nick at Olympic Builders largely based on the before/after pictures on his website. Several looked just like what we wanted: cape cods that didn't become a "box" with the addition, but which flowed gracefully with the existing architecture so the whole was greater than the sum of the parts.
