Nice, polite, prompt young man, but it cost me $246 to rekey one door to match 3 others. Seemed very high to me. In fairness, it was a 3-point locking door system. I think he had to call someone for help and it seemed to take longer than everyone expected. Some of my existing keys that worked on the other doors do not work on the new door.

They were fast, friendly, and efficient. I had questions about what type of deadbolts to install and they walked me through the pros and cons of both types. And when we discovered during the service that one of our knobs was really deteriorated, they had everything needed to install a new one. I would definitely call them again if needed.

Answered my call right away and was at my apartment within about 20 minutes and got me into my apt within about 10-15 minutes and was able to replace my deadbolt lock and also refer me to another locksmith technician that was able to get a key made for my 2011 Jeep Wrangler. Highly recommend them.

Our garage door was completely busted. Cables broken, spring was not functional. VIP showed up right in time and told us exactly what he needed to replace and why. Very clear communication. The price was fair so he started the work. After he was done, he actually discovered what caused the issue in the first place. He spent an extra 45 min replacing sone hinges and rollers and did not charge us!! Great company to work with and I would absolutely recommend them. Thank you!

We recently purchased a home and needed the locks changed, I turned to Yelp for advice...I mean if you're choosing someone to provide security for your family you shouldn't mess around!
I sent a message on a Sunday via Yelp messages and they responded almost immediately! We agreed that I would call back Monday as they were closed and my situation was not urgent.
Monday morning I called and they had someone out the next day who was able to change all my locks with ZERO HASSLE and it only took him a short amount of time.
They're prices are quite reasonable too!.

I called them because of the good reviews here, but this was my experience: After multiple phone conversations to determine what key was needed for a 2006 Lexus, including me talking to them on the phone from inside the car and explaining that this was not a push-button start on the dash, they came out with the wrong key. Then when they were supposed to come out with the right key, after my waiting all afternoon, they called at like 5 or 6 PM. So we set yesterday (Sat. 7/25) for them to come out late in the afternoon, and after waiting all afternoon,
