This system is a scam that I am locked into for a 3 year contract. Every time the power goes out, then of course the alarm stops working. About 30% of the time I receive a call numerous hours later (usually at 1am) to tell me my alarm stopped working. Sometimes the alarm doesn’t start back up after a power outage, so I’ll receive a call every night at around 1 am to tell me my alarm isn’t online until they bring it back online. If I can’t remember the passcode at 1am when they call, they won’t discuss the issue with me. It’s a great game we play. I’m pretty sure the alarm only works

Opened a dispensary and used American Alarm as an alarm company . Had an amazing experience with them. They are great people with great service. David and Andrew are awesome. I would call David for every little thing even if it had nothing to do with the alarm systems and he would know it and if he didn’t he would find out. Andrew was was here for my final inspection and any questions that they had for security system he was there to answer. Anytime I open up a dispensary these are the people I would choose and so should you.

I paid $500 for inspecting a system that was installed before I moved into a house. Every month for the first 6 months something would break that should have been discovered at inspection and every month I got charged a $150 service visit charge, plus materials plus the $50 per month for monitoring. A total scam.

We had a problem with our alarm being constantly on do to construction work here at the house. Not the alarm company's fault. It just started going off at about 10 PM. Called the company and a service tech headed out to help us with it. It was a 45 minute drive for him, and he did it without complaint.
While we did pay for the service visit, he did first try to solve it via phone to avoid that, and then his prompt trip out here made for amazing service.
