I chose Autumn Air when I had to replace the original unit on my town home because it had offices in the Heights and got some good reviews. I've been impressed with the customer service; all the employees, from service technicians to office staff, are very professional and attentive to my needs and my system. I also appreciate the check-up service… that they provide. I like knowing that my system is being maintained just like I keep my car maintained. I am very pleased with this company, and thankful that I chose them to replace my aging heat/AC system.

Wonderful experience, everyone was very professional and quick to satisfy the customer. On the day of service the owner came out to make sure that the new system was working correctly and that I knew how to use it. They even had someone who came out a couple of days later to verify if everything was still working correctly and if I was happy with their services. Amazing experience and wonderful company. Would recommend them 100% to anybody.

Brad and Eddie at Autumn Air are the best. The crew did a wonderful job installing my Trane air conditioning system! I did a lot of searching so I had a good idea of pricing, guarantees and the different systems and their ratings by consumers. Autumn Air gave me a fair price and did a great job installing a great air conditioner.
