I called the first time to set up an appointment for him to come look at our trees, he seemed put out that I even called and wouldn’t book any further out than 5 days. So when I called him the week-of as instructed to hopefully put us on his schedule he got extremely angry that I was a personal assistant calling for the family I work for. I have NEVER experienced someone so rude before. I explained to him within the past 5 years I have been coordinating everything and never has anyone refused to speak with me because I am a personal assistant. I have no idea why you are putting flyers in the

They tried to treat my fruit trees with an agent called BACASTAT, which ALL literature say to NOT use on harvesting fruit trees. When I asked him about it, and asked if there was any other treatments he kept saying " we talked about this" to which I told him that he never said that he would be applying an agent was not to be put on harvesting fruit trees. He said it would be fine, just don't eat the fruit (which we did talk about). I have no doubt that Mr. Taylor knows what he is doing, but he got very defensive and then left before we could figure things out.

Let’s Talk EAB (Emerald Ash Borer)in Utah, Scott has been selling numerous reactive treatments for Ash Trees in Utah for EAB. Stating that these trees are infested with this particular insect and that these trees are going to die if left untreated. This is a blatant lie starting with the fact that as of December 2018 there has been no verified case of EAB found in Utah. That’s not to say that Ash trees in Utah don’t have other issues, just not that one, not yet. Scott also states that he has verified proof. He doesn’t. All of his “evidence” that he submitted has returned negative. Scott

What can I say? I have been a home owner for several years and have worked with many different tree services. Scott at Wasatch Ecocare is by far the most knowledgeable and professional individual that has serviced our trees. He is very knowledgeable and even takes time to explain the treatments he is providing. The wife and I will definitely be utilizing his services for years to come. We highly recommend Scott at Wasatch Ecocare.

Scott was extremely professional and treated our 5 hornbeam trees, 2 apple trees and 8 non-fruiting plumb trees. He also diagnosed and treated one of our lawns for a rental. He was prompt, helpful, and gave us information on what should and shouldn't be done. We highly recommend him.
