Since I was 16 I have been hooked on car audio. I use to sell and install stereo systems as an amateur and while working at Circuit City Roadshop but haven't installed a full install since 2009 because I became a dad. Now that my kids are older I can have a little fun. Was thinking about doing it myself but between lack of free time, tools, and unfamilar with the modern car audio technology. Went to 321 and Sam took care of me. I was ready to spend some money but Sam listened to what I wanted out of my system and put together a great system way under what I was ready to spend. They took their time

Hard to rate this place. The instal was fine but the interaction with the two brothers that own the place was a little strange. Overall I can’t say it was a bad experience, just odd.

I had an appointment for 10:30am that you were 30 minutes late to. You had my car for 4 hours before I called to find out that my installation wasn't even started. After 6 hours I called again only to find out that it was just started and ask if you could keep it overnight. And I still had to come back another day to have the correct faceplate installed. All I was having installed was a head unit.

My Story: I had to upgrade my stereo, a Harman Carmen sound system. It came stock, from the factory & I easily blew the speakers from everyday normal use. FYI, Harman Carmen does not make a good car stereo.
I own a 2018 $100,k+ Jeep "Trackhawk" which delivers 707 horsepower with a 3.5 second 0-60 time. Therefore, I wanted THE BEST HIGH END, PROFESSIONAL QUALITY, CRYSTAL CLEAR SOUND AVAILABLE to match my Badass Muscle Car & I was willing to pay top dollar for it.

This place should not be overlooked. Blair one of the owners is very personable and will make sure you have the right product in your budget. These guys are experts. I was not pressured at all. They worked with me on my needs and was able to give me a customized product that fit my application exactly. Completely satisfied. I will never go anywhere else. They are fully knowledgeable and are willing to educate on products. Give them a chance you will be happy you did.

Stopped in to replace a radio in my no-technolgy 2000 Mustang GT. I left with an Alpine unit that put me and my car in the 21st century. The unit was installed immediately, I was given a tutorial and demonstration on how it worked, and was on the road in no time enjoying my music. The owner was very nice, bent over backwards to accommodate me, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, but rather something that fit my needs. I highly recommend 321 Audio and if I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Very nice and helpful people. Helped me figure out what kind of amp to go with for my mid bass speakers and gave me some connectors for some speakers I bought. Very good pricing too. Would highly recommend going there for car audio equipment or help.

Friendly group, helped out with few parts to and to give advise on car audio selections. Nice equipment still section, clean showroom, and knowledgeable staff that take the time to help find the right stuff for the job. Seen them troubleshooting in the back and bunch of coins come out of the head unit, I guess you never know what you are going to see around there.

3-2-1 Audio is an absolutely amazing group. I came in as a complete newbie to the audio world. Blair gave me more than my fair share of time to help me find what was right for what I wanted. They ended up installing an active subwoofer and a pair of tweeters for me. Installation looks extremely professional and sounds fantastic. 5 stars, Thanks guys!!
