Moved into a new home with many large trees, 3 leaning towards house. The trees had not been maintained for at least 10 years and some were indeed potential dangerous, not to mention the mess these trees made every morning!

I called Andy's on a Monday to take a look at the trees and to let me know what was needed now and in the future. I received a call back the same day and Andy scheduled to come by the next day. After discussing what was needed with Andy, we decided to remove 3 very large trees (50') from the landlocked back yard and to heavily prune all the others to lift them

Outstanding! A+ Andy provided a prompt estimate after I called them, based on a recommendation. I was able to schedule service within one week. The crew showed up 10 minutes before the scheduled time. 6 large trees removed. Not a trace remains and the gravel in the yard was raked clean. You would never know that I once had palm trees just 3 hours after the crew arrived. Wow! Neat, efficient, great clean-up and friendly guys. I highly recommend.

Contacted the company to get an estimate on some minor tree trimming for my home. They sent a representative to my home to give me estimate which I received by email. $300 was the minimum for their service. Estimate was acceptable to me and I agreed to their service and scheduled the job the following week. 3 days prior to the service date Cindy the representative of the company contacted me and told me they decided they "don't want to do the job"

How many companies will give you an estimate to do the job and then pull the carpet out from you before completion...
Stay away

I just called this company today to make an appointment for an estimate. The women who called me back said she was the sister of the Owner Andy. I told her i had my trees trimmed a year ago by a Landscaper and wasn't done very good. She started to berate me telling me Landscaper's don't know what there doing and she went on and on about asking me"am i an Abortist, am i a Landscaper! I thought she was crazy so to not offend her i asked to speak to Andy and she said NO and hung up! I tried calling back and she would not answer. Something is strange with this business! I read

Just wanted to say I have been using Andy's Tree Service the last several years, and every June/July I have my Mesquite trees professionally pruned so not to have to worry about them getting damaged in the Monsoon season. They always look beautiful when they are done and the crew cleans up everything and I have nothing to worry about. I even sent them over to do my parents house while they are out of town and don't have to worry about the job....it gets done professionally.

I am writing this review to compliment Andy's Tree Service for its willingness to be a good neighbor. They were working up the street for our house and running the shredder continuously (which is VERY loud) even though they were only shredding limbs intermittently as they were bought out front from my neighbor's back yard. After an hour or so, I went out and asked Andy whether it was necessary to run the shredder continuously, and he agreed that it was not. He was willing to turn it off while limbs were gathered and then do them all at once.

We get our trees done every year. This is the first year we used Andys who caeme to us by recomendation.. They were prompt, thorough and totally professional. they did a fabulous job. The most impressive part was the follow up phone call the next day and, as it happened, they forgot to complete one hidden tree, They came back, no questions asked and the followed up again.
