Stratford Gates are the best in the USA. They are made in the USA by experienced and very skilled craftsman. My wife and I have search for 3 years to find the best designed and constructed gates for our driveway gates. We met Robert the owner of Stratford gates and he designed our gates. Robert and his entire staff are very professional, experienced and really listen to their clients. We could not be happier with our gates. They are exactly what we wanted. We drove over 1200 miles to pick them up with a trailer. They were well worth it!

Got a call from the salesman who said he went past our property (n brand new intentional community for adults experiencing a disability and said he drove by and they only only do gates for homes on Lake Oswego or West Linn--- unbelieveable- as if we are beneath them to work here.
Really rude- as if disabled people are not entitled to have nice things!!!

We came in to see what Stratford could do to ssist us with a custom automated gate for our property in Oregon City.
We were greeted by a gentleman that when asked to discuss options about our gate project the first thing he said to us was
"how much are you wanting to spend "
And
" You know we only make custom gates here right? Can you afford 8- 30 thousand?"
Management please understand treating your customs with respect goes a long way.
Hopefully it wasn't because I was wearing shorts, tennis shoes and a hooded sweatshirt why I got horrible customer service today.. or was it?

This is the most reliable excellent company that we have ever worked with. We live in a million dollar home for the past 17 years. They built a beautiful gate we LOVE it!!!!! and when a 26ft truck ran into it one side in this ice storm I called Stratford gate and they came today picked it up and had it back within hours, just like new again. Thank you for your excellent service what an amazing company and your guys are awesone also.
