I only wish I had found Fireplace Supply sooner. After we had a warranty issue with our gas logs last year and another dealer could not help us, Fireplace Supply to the rescue! They were able to get us replacement logs under warranty and upon installation they were able to calibrate our fireplace and make it work better than it ever has since we have owned our home. (Now we actually feel heat coming from it). They took the time to help us and gained a new customer!
Today Jordan came out for our annual cleaning and inspection, he was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional!

Fireplace Supply Company just completed our annual service. Doug was our technician and was very personable, explained everything and left the area clean. We take advantage of their early annual service to get a discount. After 5 years of service we can say they are the best and appreciate that they have such a wide service area. Our gas fireplace is alway ready and reliable.

We just had our Heat N Glo fireplace insert yearly serviced by Cris Terry. He did an awesome job! He cleaned soot off the glass that had been there for years and painted the inside. It looks brand new. The unit is 22 years old! He also replaced the batteries in the unit and in the remote. We are very happy with the work he did. Will definitely request him next year for our yearly service appointment. He was very personable and did a neat job and left everything the way he found it. Highly recommend this company. They are so easy to work with.

I am honestly mystified by all of the 5 star reviews. I recently moved here from VA and walked in off the street to gather information on the installation of an electric fireplace. The gentleman was busy with another couple who was purchasing a pellet stove. He flat out told me that I would never be able to find a contractor to install it (presumably due to Covid-19) and suggested I go to Rent-A-Center. And no, I'm not joking. He basically ran me out of the store. Sooo, I went to That Fireplace Store in Ocean View DE (they were wonderful!) and bought a Napoleon Alluravision. Shockingly, I was able

Follow-up review after repairs. Highly recommended. I'm updating to 5 stars now that the work has been performed. It was done properly by a friendly and knowledgeable tech. He explained how the logs from 2013 were known to be a "bad batch" - thus the mfg replacing them for free (one time only). He answered my questions, and protected and cleaned up after himself. Good job.

Just spoke with "Brad" a Service Tech who's working in the store today. He's awesome. Trying to schedule a cleaning of our gas fireplace in Bethany Beach. He was a wealth of knowledge and the best costumer service skills I've heard in years! And this is just the initial phone call to this place! He described detailed cleaning and maintenance, had great questions and their service price is lower than other companies I called. I have no need to shop around anymore. I have Fireplace Supply scheduled to come out.
