Nature has given us a bountiful supply of water. Tryon Road Special Utility District (TRSUD) plans, manages, and delivers this precious resource to 2050 customers. Our water service customers are located in northeast Gregg County, and a small portion of Harrison County located along FM 449 near the Gregg County-Harrison County boundary.

Our sewage service customers are located along US Highway 259 in the Hunters Creek Subdivision, Rambling Creek Subdivision, and University Business Park development. Customers rely on us for plentiful, high-quality water service and uninterrupted sewage service. Please keep your meter box cleared off for your convenience and to ensure the ability to turn off meter in case of a water emergency.

For your safety and the safety of your neighbors, please keep all fire hydrants clear of any and all obstruction, including landscaping. If you have any questions, please call our office!
Services
Early on, TRSUD saw the need for a sustainable water source coexisting alongside the preservation of wildlife and natural beauty of our area. We teamed up with the Northeast Texas Municipal Water District (NETMWD), Ore City, and the Diana Special Utility District to conduct a comprehensive 10-year study.
Water is one of the most basic and one of the most precious of human needs. TRSUD prides itself in providing 2050 residents and property owners with continuous and sustainable treated water for their homes and livelihoods from Lake of the Pines (Northeast Texas Municipal Water District). If you're a prospective home or property buyer, please contact us to ensure the availability of service BEFORE purchase transaction is complete.
TRSUD is pleased to provide uninterrupted, sanitary sewer (wastewater) disposal service to approximately 330 customers. The State of Texas grants us the authority to provide this service through a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity. And we take this privilege seriously. We provide service to the following areas only: Hunter's Creek Subdivison, Rambling Creek Subdivision, and the developing area on Highway 259.
TRSUD accepts bill payments in the form of cash, check, money order, credit card payments by phone at 1-866-584-9915, or online via credit or debit card. All customers are welcome to mail in their payment, pay in the TRSUD office, or drop off their payment in the drop-off box located in the TRSUD office parking lot.
A deposit of $100 for water is required of all customers purchasing property in our service area. Additionally, a deposit of $100 is required of all customers purchasing property with sewer connections in our service area. If your bill is not received by the 10th of the month, a late fee of $10 or 10% of current balance, whichever is greater, will be applied to the account balance.

My only gripe is that I wish they were more consistent with their hours and that their website was better. They're very nice, but it's hard to get a hold of them, and the site is outdated.

Most expensive water system in Longview. Quality of water is questionable at best, water pressure is low and they have terrible customer service. Good luck getting your deposit back.

I felt the need to write a review of this water company because it is one of the rare ones that does everything correctly. They are kind, polite, and have excellent customer service! My first time talking to them was because I realized I had forgotten to pay my water bill for several months. They did not shut my water off. They did not yell at me. When I called, I talked to a very pleasant woman that said, "yeah, we figured you'd pay it eventually!"
Truly this must be the last decent utilities company in the Longview area!
