Morris Granite

Drove 45 minutes to come here and showed up to a sign on the door at 2pm saying “we will be back at 3:10.” Very disappointed especially when a lot of countertop places close early or are closed on Saturdays. Will not be coming back.

We had a quick repair needed on our granite kitchen bar. We called at 6:50PM on a Thursday and they were there the next day. Great service, great price and extremely friendly. We would highly recommend!

I contacted Morris Granite to have some keyboard wrist rests made for a friend and I. Really didn't care about the cost, but was quoted a price and agreed to it. Dan, the owner/manager asked me to text him the dimensions, which I did. I also kept my texts within business hours. However, after asking for an update, he blew me off saying "The… more you bug me the less I want to do it, no more texts please" and "I'm out of town and you are disrespecting my private time. Good riddance & good luck".

We added a second kitchen to the house in the basement and was sent to Morris Granite to see Dan. After a couple trips we decided to do two different granites in the kitchen and met with Dan. He gave us his recommendation on installation and finishes. We then went to the “Granite Farm” in Morris and picked out our slabs. We were unsure of using granite because of all the stories... having to seal yearly, stains, etc. Dan was great explaining to us all the information about granite. We were able to pick out our granite from the slabs and put the countertops exactly as we wanted. Almost two years later we couldn't be more thrilled... he was so right about its durability! We still absolutely love it and get compliments on it all the time.

I was looking to put together a small, portable kitchen island project and wanted to see what I could find for a countertop at a reasonable price. Talking to one of the designers at Home Depot in Bloomington, they referred me to Morris Granite saying they may be able to help me with a remnant piece to make it a little cheaper. I went into their… store and was going to ask if they could help me. I told the man working, I believe it was the owner, the project I was working on and that I had been referred to them. He was rather short with me at first and demanded that I give him specs on the
