VSA was founded by Paul T. Berry Jr, back in 1978 to fill a need in our community. At that time there were only a couple burglar alarm providers and no camera system providers to speak of. He built the company from scratch not using high-pressure sales tactics, but instead honesty and integrity. Maintaining an A+ with the BBB was always pretty easy for him to do.

You have a low panel battery. Call VSA for a service call to install a new battery OR you are welcome to swap it yourself. Take the old battery to Ebco Battery on Warm Springs Rd. in Columbus. You can purchase a battery from them, and they can recycle the old battery. Plus, you are keeping your dollars in Columbus.
We realize the importance of community support. At VSA we always do our best to support local causes. Some of our partners are listed below. From little league fence signs to providing affordable housing, all causes are important to us. As a matter of fact, in some areas we will make a donation in your name for a new activation.

We've been using VSA for about 8 years and they recently finished a security system install at our new home. We couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Adam (sales) was incredibly knowledgeable and great about laying out technology options for our home's floor plan. Greg (technician) was friendly and efficient.
