The 4 rating was generous. It was a combination of a 5 for Good Value and On-Time and a 3 Rating for the actual service. The representative that I spoke with "Allie" was very nice and was responsive to the many questions I asked during the tree trimming. Unfortunately, the quality of work by the person that did the actually work was not "up to complete Customer Satisfaction " as stated on their website. The reason, I was advised the the Sable Palm Trees would be trimmed "Tight" This was not the case, as as one palm was left hanging down. Another example of not complete

Well, they showed up. Leaving in South Florida, I had to lower my expectations when it comes to landscape work of any kind. I am so glad that they came and on the requested date. This was booked weeks in advance so I figured I would have slipped between the cracks. I also like the work that was done including the clean up.

This is my second time using Treemasters Florida for work and I must say this is a five star company from reception to the entire crew. The owner Matt is always on time always responds to any inquiries and went above and beyond on a recent service. I had two other estimates for this work prior and they hands-down provide the most competitive price anywhere in the county. Matt from Tree Masters just left our home. He did an excellent job on trimming and pruning two trees in our front yard. Every aspect in dealing with this company has been a positive experience. I initially called the office,( very nice person) and explained what I wanted and was told that Matt would be out later that afternoon. We set up a date for him to come by and do the work. We had Tree Masters come out a few months ago (March 2021) to trim several overgrown trees on our property (Sabal Palms, Gumbo, and Avacado, both in the front and back yards). They did a high-quality job for a very reasonable price, and hauled away all of the debris afterwards.
We were especially pleased with the job they did on our Sabal Palms. We'd had another tree company trim them a couple years prior, and that company left long stubs ("boots") on the trees. Not only did Tree Masters clean up the previous company's work, but they trimmed the new growth down very well

Tree Masters we’re professional and honest from bidding to clean up. The team was hard working and reliable. The stump and roots are completely gone… leaving no mess. The Magnolia tree that they purchased and planted for me is beyond beautiful!

Matt and his team did an incredible job! Needed a Norfolk pine (well over 150ft), large birds of paradise, and a giant avocado tree as well as stumps removed - they came at 9:30 am and by 7:30pm, job was complete. Teamwork, and organization impeccable. So dedicated. Price was reasonable - would definitely recommend to anyone.
