So I needed them gutters cleaned since the water was going over them in those recent terannual like rains and my wife basically went ballistic. Also wanted to put the guards on them, the gutters. So I called this dude who cleaned them very quickly and reasonably dollar wise, and also told me to forget about spending what woud be reasonably big bucks on those guards. Basically, he said that the amount of leaves he gathered while dancing on my roof and the number of years, I think them was 3, I didn't clean, do not warrant them guards. Every 5 star review was correct! Not only were my gutters/downspouts cleaned within 48 hrs of contacting- suggestions were made where another downspout might be helpful.
UPDATE:: after several recent rainstorms-my gutters and downspouts have never run so cleanly! WOW!

I had my windows cleaned today and the man who came out did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend them for sure. They are reasonably priced for a job well done. The windows and sliding glass door were without streaks and the screens were very clean.

Hands down the very best window washing I've ever experienced, and I've tried a variety of companies for this service over 20+ years of home ownership. Monapix was very careful with our tricky windows, did an amazing job of cleaning them inside and out, and Alex and crew were a pleasure to deal with. From now on they're the company and crew to call for our home's window washing. Wish I'd found them sooner, but at least they're found!

Alex came out the same day to give me an estimate on washing my windows and screens. He scheduled for the next week and arrived promptly on the scheduled date. My windows, screens, sliders, tracks and sills are all immaculate! Complete professional. Do not hesitate to call.

Alex and his team do a great job every time we have them come out to clean our gutters. We have some short needle pine trees that seem to dump a metric ton of needles every year and it seems like 95% of them end up in our gutters! His team comes out, ensures that every gutter is spotless and is also helpful in pointing out any issues they see, but doesn't try and upsell you on other services. After having a different local powerwash company do a no-show, I was in desperate need of someone to come out the next day. Monapix Corp. responded to my request on Yelp and was able to come the very next morning. The guy who came was very thorough. I would highly recommend them! I will definitely be using them for all my power wash needs in the future!!

Working with Alex at Monapix was a great experience from start to finish. We had window washing (interior and exterior), gutter cleaning, deck power washing and deck sealing completed by Monapix. Alex was communicative, prompt and delivered the agreed-upon services quickly during the busy early summer season. Have used Monapix for 6 or 7years twice a year to clean the nearly 50 windows in our Palatine house, inside and out + skylights. Great job, on time, good clean-up, friendly, reasonable price (and remembers to keep the doors closed so my cats don't sneak out).

Alex and helper did a great job on our windows, screens, and sills. They helped point out some issues with a couple of windows as well. Quick and efficient. The cost for the service was over $100 less than a couple of other local competitors. Well worth the price for whole house cleaning!

Project: whole house (2 story) pressure wash, all windows cleaned inside and outside. The crew showed up exactly on time and did an amazing job on the house as well as garden shed.
I’m a control freak, but couldn’t do the job better myself. We are very happy with Alex and his crew. Excellent communication and professional advice. I was even warned that a couple of our insulated window panes have leaking seal and may need replacement or repair.

Very happy with Alex and his service! I contacted Monapix after seeing the great reviews here. Alex was able to come out and look at the property and give me a quote within a few days and we scheduled a mutually agreeable date for them to come out, wash inside and out and also power wash some areas around my home like the front walk way and stone exterior walls because there was some moss growing which I over time become blind to.
