The "Norman Wassenaar" who arrives at your place is not the 50- or 80-year-old you find on the internet in Mesa area. However, A1 Drafting uses the former trailer park address of the 80-year-old Norman's; 9437 E. University, Mesa AZ. He had rented a trailer in the park but left suddenly once an ATTORNEY and later LAW ENVORCEMENT came looking for him, according to a resident.

Norman said 1 month turn around, took 7 months to get any kind of prints. Then forward 2 more months and he won't answer us, our builder or anyone in the building process about our half finished house plans. He has made this process so stressful and miserable. He took our money and is full of empty promises when you do get ahold of him (our builder drove across town to his business). Stear clear he is not qualified and will leave you hanging!
