I moved to arlington earlier this year and was referred to VP by my neighbors. My fiancé and I were a bit nervous because we're first time home owners and we didn't know what to expect when it came to gutting almost the whole house. Tim Jr. was so helpful with walking us through every step of the process and would promptly send his guys out if I experienced any problems. Our house is so beautiful now and I know when/if we decide to sell it we'll definitely make the money back. I'm so grateful for this company!

We contracted with Tim VanVonno of VP Construction in March of 2019. They were responsible for numerous delays, a lack of communication, and the project was never fully completed. Like other reviewers, the rest of the matter has been in the hands of our lawyer. Unfortunately, in December of 2020, the company filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy. One of their sub-contractors, who they did not pay, put a lien on our house. Stay away from this company.

We contracted with Tim VanVonno (formerly licensed as "VP Construction") in January 2019 and our addition is still incomplete (Spring 2021), having failed the final inspection. This is for a project that Tim estimated would take four months. Tim and his son, Timmy, pushed many flaws to be 'cured' at the end, then abandoned us when we were down to the final draw, leaving us holding the bag. In 2020 they refused to return even to fulfill the warranty on work they'd already performed. Tim failed to pay a sub, who put a lien on our property even though we had promptly paid
