Allow us to review the estimate to verify it's written correctly and the work can be done for that amount. We have the same estimating program and can make revisions that are often times approved immediately. You have either six months or one year to complete the work; or, you will lose the "second payment" ie "recoverable depreciation".
After considering several of the many roofing companies in the area, my wife and I hired Ruddys Roofing to replace the roofs on our two South Austin rentals. Our decision was based on excellent reviews and we soon discovered that they were all warranted. When my wife and I called, Ruddy immediately responded in comparison to the other companies that were very slow in returning calls.

Our home was in need of a roof replacement due to storm damage. After interviewing several companies, we chose Ruddy's Roofing. Ruddy and his son Jake are experienced roofers and they are a local business. Ruddy did a great job explaining to us in detail the roof replacement and answered all our questions. He is also very knowledgeable on how the insurance claim process works.
They were always prompt in responding to our calls and texts, and kept to the schedule we agreed upon. Ruddy and his crew were friendly and professional. They completed our roof replacement in one day and thoroughly cleaned

Great company! Jake had previously helped me out with a minor repair last year as well as an inspection after this year's ice storm. On both occasions, he struck me as someone running a straight business so I called back after my roof was totaled from a hail storm. He, and his father (Frank/Ruddy), were both helpful in explaining the process with the insurance claim since I had never been through it. The crew that did the work was professional and efficient. Other than the new roof, my property showed no signs they had been there. Contractors can get a way with a lot these days in Central Texas

Ruddy and Jake and the crew did a great job on our new roof! As a relatively new home-owner, dealing with a roof felt a bit overwhelming. Ruddy and Jake were really good about explaining things (in fact, I needed them to explain the ridge venting system like three times before my brain finally got it). But they were more than patient and thorough, and, honestly, just great folks to talk to in general.
Speaking to the kind of folks they are, Ruddy even advised me to call to update our homeowners insurance, which I didn't even think to do. That five minute call saved me $100 annually.

We have had two great experiences with Ruddy's Roofing, both to repair damage caused by other local roofers. Our roof was poorly patched in 2018 which caused extensive damage inside and outside our home. We called Ruddy to diagnose the problems. He came out two days after my initial call, told me exactly what was wrong with my roof, showed me pictures of the shoddy work done and explained why it had failed. Ruddy also volunteered that half my roof was still in good condition so wouldn't need any attention. I was amazed! His crew arrived on time after letting me know what to expect on roofing day

I called Ruddy to schedule an inspection after the winter storm and Ruddy said he would be able to come out in about 2 hours. Ruddy communicated prior to arrival and arrived early (something many companies can't seem to do these days). I showed the areas of concern and Ruddy and Jake carefully examined and repaired the area promptly. They are very personable, dependable, and friendly. I would highly recommend them for any roof related needs. Thank you, Ruddy and Jake!

We highly recommend Frank Hargis and his son, Jake, whose business, Ruddy's Roofing in Round Rock, did an excellent job replacing our old roof at a very reasonable price compared to quotes from other roofing companies. We were very impressed with the team's efficiency, attention to detail and reliability. The materials were delivered on time, our new roof was installed in one day as promised and the site was cleaned up quickly and efficiently.. Frank also did an excellent job helping us negotiate the details of a settlement with our insurance company. Five stars!
