I ordered a piece of glass from A Glasco. It came in the wrong size. They did not replace it. It was for a vacation rental apartment. I had to put a substitute piece of glass in to accommodate my arriving tenants then take it out and replace a second time with a piece from another glass company. It was infuriating that they took no responsibility for their mistake.

This company deserves 100 stars. From start to finish they were nothing short of amazing. They truly helped my grandmother on a major time of need. Amy and Marie were amazing they understood some of the issues we were up against especially since we were doing alot of the business from Atlanta GA, and Dallas TX for my grandmother who lives in San Diego. I thank this company for understanding and truly going above and beyond for our family.. Freddy who did the actual measuring of the windows was very nice to my grandmother. I would recommend this company 100 more times

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. . . unless you like to waste your time...... don't sign the contact whatever you do.
Boy did I get taken to the "cleaners". I spend countless hours on 3 different home glass projects, two measures, meetings, etc. Hours were spent coming to terms, choosing colors, sizes, scope, timelines, etc.
Then without notice or discussion they unilaterally and completely abandoned the project. No calls, no emails, no rational explanation.
I dealt with a person named Kristie R. Be WARNED. One of the most inconsiderate "unprofessional" people EVER, imo.

We needed a few small repairs, maintenance, and glass replacement for our retrofit windows. I called three places and chose AGlasco because the they were THE most honest, fair, and responsive company I found. It all started with Amy in the office. Responsive. Knowledgeable. Even referred me to a neighboring competitor if we decided to go a different route for the glass replacement. Then Dominic came out to inspect and measure. Fantastic. We didn't need new sash balances, at $400 which one company told me. We just needed some track cleaning and lubricant. Saved me 4 bones on something I didn

Fire department came in and needed us to get code compliant with panic doors. A lot of quotes and trying to push me to upgrade the whole set up later I called A Glasco. Finally found someone who understood, worked with me on a solution to get in code compliance and it was literally 1/7 the cost I had been quoted for a full replacement of my double doors. Make sure they're your first call. Reasonable. They listen and don't try to gouge and they have this guy they call mcguyver for things that need non traditional fixes. After my son broke the 4th window in our backyard with a wiffle ball, I figured it was time to finally get replacement glass installed (and put a stop to the wiffle ball games in our backyard!). I called 3 or 4 other places first and they were either too busy to see me or didn't bother to call me back.

These guys are awesome I had a client that needed a special type of glass that everywere else wanted triple, these guys were honest from the gate on the phone I was given a quote it stayed the same when I got there the client was so happy they had me purchase three. Great crew and outstanding customer service!!!!!!
