Midwest Security Alarm Company, While planning for our move to a new home so many of you have been very helpful. So it's my turn to pay back! I highly recommend Midwest Alarm Company for your security system needs. Steven Wilson, owner of the family & local company is not only a great person but quickly responds to our security needs and questions.
When our alarm goes off (so far all by accident), it's nice to be called by a security company employee who recognizes our voices, rather than a non-personal call center employee. Once when we were not home and the alarm went off I told Steven that I thought the ceiling fan I forgot to turn off was the cause.
But since he lives locally, he offered to go by & be sure everything was okay - don't get that personal service from other companies. For our new home, of course we had Steven install our new system. And price - haven't found anyone lower in price.

We are a Honeywell Dealer and believe that Honeywell provides the best security equipment available. Your property and the lives of your family are very important. Relying on low cost or low end equipment just can't provide the same protection. Mechanics don't buy their tools from discount stores. They purchase high quality tools from companies that supply to their trade.

In fact, we DO NOT ask you to make a decision on the day that we meet to discuss your security needs. All estimates are completed and sent via email, allowing you the opportunity to review at your convenience.

We have had a Midwest Alarm security system for several years and it has been a VERY positive experience! Everyone has been so professional and pleasant to work with. The customer service is superb! It is so nice to be able to check on our home when we are away, and provides peace of mind. This is a top notch company! The 24/7 operators are right on top of things and very helpful! We are 100% satisfied!

I would not even give one star to this company.We have been their customers for almost 2.5 yrs and they charge around 40-60 bucks(something like that) for maintenance.
They just advertise so much but the service is horrible.
No calls are returned inspite of multiple calls.
I was told they cannot look at latest data from our facility for another week as they were upgrading the system-question is "so what happens if somebody is looking for a crime data-you have to wait 1 week for that :)
Also,I was told there are only 2-3 technicians trying to take all the complaints from customers and that's

Phenomenal experience! I was on the fence about installing a home security system but ended up doing so. They hooked me up with the new Lyric system that is mobile friendly and has a touch screen dashboard in the house. It's truly a piece of mind knowing I can check on the house no matter where I am and know that their team is monitoring any intrusions 24/7. I highly recommend them for home or business security and plan on adding more of their smart home features for automation!
