We've been having issues all summer with the A/C not being able to keep up with the heat that kept accumulating in the house. Once it started cooling down, I messaged the company page on Facebook wanting to get a quote for sealing the attic and blowing in more insulation. Within about 30 minutes, I received a response from them and asked if that afternoon would be fine at 5PM. Mr. Smith promptly arrived and did a quote for me that was very reasonable and I agreed to have the work done. I was then scheduled for the following Tuesday at 9AM.

I just recently purchased a house and the brand new AC was struggling to keep up with the heat from the summer. Didn't understand why but I thought it might be the insulation in the attic considering where we had entrances to our attic it was much warmer than the rest of the house. We had some trees removed over the winter that provided significant shade for our home. Our AC was having trouble keeping up and we wanted to look into all our options before replacing the unit. We requested a quote and within a day, someone came out for a free estimate. We were able to set up the installation within a week and since then, our AC has performed better and our home has been cooler. It really made a big difference! Recently purchased a home with a sunroom addition. Couldn't understand why it was so hot until I checked the attic. Absolutely no insulation. Insulated, obviously expensive windows and door, but nothing above. Go figure. Joe Smith gave me a very reasonable estimate and completed the job in a timely manner. Also, topped off the existing attic insulation.
Cheaper and less aggravation than the big box stores, where you buy the materials and use their equipment for a do it yourself job.

Joe & Rebecca arrived on time and delivered superior services. Joe spotted some deficiencies in the surface of the attic floor and he foam insulated them. Then he installed styrofoam guards to keep attic insulation from covering the soffits. After all the prep work, they blew in the new insulation. When they were finished, our house was as clean as it was when they arrived. No more air leaks and a spotlessly clean attic.
